Potato Salad


Ingredients

8 medium red potatoes in skin - boiled, cooked and diced 
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Old Bay
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 cup onion, minced
1 hard-boiled egg
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ cup of parsley
¼ cup of sweet relish, drained

Directions

Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until done. Cool to room temperature.
Peel and place diced potatoes in large bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, seasonings, and pepper in another bowl. Mash boil egg combine
Add to potatoes.
Add celery, parsley, relish and onions and mix well.
Sprinkle a little paprika on top.
